Lecture Series “Integration through Education” – Winter Semester 2026/2027

In the winter semester 2026/2027, the “Integration through Education” meta-project invites everyone interested to attend a lecture series reflecting the thematic diversity of the funding initiative. Researchers and experts from academia and practice will provide empirically grounded insights into current issues related to education, migration, and social participation, examining them from educational, social science, and international perspectives.

The lectures are free of charge and will take place every other Tuesday from 4:15–5:45 p.m., starting in October 2026, both online and in person at the University of Bamberg (MG2/01.10). The lecture series is open to everyone interested.

The series will begin on 20 October 2026 with Prof. Dr. Louis Henri Seukwa (Hamburg University of Applied Sciences) and a lecture on Social Work in the Context of Global Forced Migration.
