DiSiKit: Diversity-Reflective Play Materials
Diversity-Reflective Play Materials: App-Supported Practice Guidance in Daycare Centres
Project at a Glance
Project Description
The joint project DiSiKit addresses the question of diversity-reflective professionalisation through play materials in daycare centres. The aim of the collaborative project is to promote the development of reflective competencies among educational professionals in working with diversity-reflective play materials through tandem process support assisted by an app.
In the process, insights are gained into successful pedagogical approaches to diversity, linked with existing findings on diversity reflexivity from qualitative educational research, and transferred into practice.
The outcome will be an app-supported practice guidance and professional development concept that places case- and material-based learning at the centre and connects it productively with digitalisation.
